An Association’s strategic elements were visually captured on a large map during a leadership visioning day.  The meeting was facilitated by Lois Todd of Alchemy Strategy group (alchemystrategy.com). The original map has been updated to reflect the changes in the association’s future goals.  These vision maps become great artifacts AND current communication tools to share Leadership’s vision.  Often they are seen as the book covers to a more detailed strategic plan.
